Multi-Section Block Winding Machine with 99% Yield Rate, 2000 rpm Spindle Speed, and Precise Enamel Stripping for Segmented Stators

The multi-section block type winding machine can be connected in pairs of two, three, or four units for enhanced production capabilities.

Designed for winding EPS and segmented stators, including applications for servo motors and EPS drive motors.

Segmented stators are stacked on winding tooling and clamped by the downward pressing rotary mechanism. The main winding spindle drives stacked stators for winding operations.

Equipped with self-developed large-wire servo tensioner for active wire feeding. Each enamel stripping cutter is driven by an independent servo module to achieve precise enamel stripping.

Winding length is accurately calculated via rotation turns and encoder, ensuring enamel stripping position accuracy within 1mm. The winding fixture integrates a 180° rotating mechanism to prevent wire end wrinkling.
