Equipment Overview
This production line realizes automatic assembly of multimedia speakers. The conveyor is flexibly connected with fixtures for easy process adjustment. It supports automatic assembly of various inner-magnet and outer-magnet loudspeakers to greatly cut labor cost.
Equipped with servo motors, ball screws and precision positioning fixtures, the line improves assembly accuracy, production efficiency and operational stability.

One production line covers products below 3 inches; another line covers 3-6 inch products.
The conveyor is movably connected with positioning fixtures, enabling easy model changeover. Manual stations are reserved for processes hard to automate, supporting flexible process configuration.
