Equipment Overview
This dual flyer winding machine adopts dual-flyer symmetrical winding to produce rotor windings, ensuring good dynamic balance of rotors after winding.
Wire clamps and cutters are integrated on YZ axes. After winding, the unit extends under commutator hooks to cut wires and clamp wire ends, achieving wire-end-free rotor winding.
The wire guide and wire protection sleeve cooperate with flyers to realize automatic hooking, supporting α-hooking and regular wire hooking.
Four belt conveying fixtures ensure smooth material feeding without jamming. Lock rotation runout reaches 0.01 to guarantee rotor wire protection precision.
